Hot off the press, the navigation specialist Garmin introduces the new GPS devices the eTrex Touch 25 and the eTrex Touch 35. These two handheld devices, with touchscreen, are handy, robust and are extremely intuitive.
Both models’ menu and operation mode are designed in a way that even newcomers to GPS can instantly start using the devices. No matter if the user is hiking, cycling, mountain climbing, geocaching or paddling, simply choose the preferred activity and the relevant settings will adjust automatically.
Each profile includes activity-specific settings, map views and menus that can all be configured individually if needed – a feature that also benefits the more ambitious of GPS users. On the 2.6inch color touchscreen maps, compass and height profile can be well viewed even in bright sunshine.
250,000 geocaches and the Garmin TopoActive, a route-compatible map of Europe, are already installed on the devices. More exotic or more detailed maps are available in the Garmin range and can be used with the help of a microSD card slot.
